Geoff and Nikias are the co-owners of Lord of The Rig and see themselves as a couple of passionate guys trying to change the group personal training landscape for the better.

Both had worked in other gyms and noticed not only a lack of results but constant injuries and burnouts and they knew there had to be a better way of doing things. They had seen enough of the endless jump squats and poor program design and so Lord of The Rig was born 7 years ago out of a desire to get more from health and fitness on a holistic level.

Geoff says: “Many of the other gyms see their members as just a number - and people are far more than that. We see so many get lost in the crowd of commercial gyms or large group training classes. They weren’t being provided with the right level of support they needed to reach their goals.

Lord of the Rig’s world-class program was designed out of a necessity to cater to the individuals needs and ability levels and is not just a one size fits all approach.
